Do I have to use your UI, or can I build my own?
Two ways in: drop in the white-label @vectrify-ai/ui embed SDK (Business and above), or build your own UI on the REST API — every agent, workflow, tenant, and document is an endpoint, full parity. Both come with Business and above; Starter is for teams using the harness directly on app.vectrify.ai.
What does it cost to build this in-house instead?
About $90,000 and six months of one senior engineer's time: the agent loop, tenant isolation, white-label UI, connectors, scheduling, and metering. Platform gives you all of it, hosted, for $1,499/month.
Which models can I use? Can I bring my own keys?
Yes — bring your own model keys at the account level or per tenant. That means each of your customers can run agents on their own model account and their own bill, and you never mark up tokens.
Are you SOC2 certified?
Not yet — we're a founder-led company at the start of that process. What exists today: tenant isolation by default, a dedicated namespace per tenant, scoped API keys, ephemeral tokens, and BYOK. Email sales@vectrify.ai and Kevin will walk you through the architecture.
Is there a free plan?
No. There's a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked — 1,000 pages, no credit card. After that you pick a paid plan; Starter at $149/mo is the smallest.
How do I resell this to my own customers, or build my own tiers?
Per-tenant run controls, per-tenant themes, per-tenant BYOK, and one-call provisioning are all built in. Pages pool across tenants so you set your own packaging — you pay us per tenant and page, and price your customers however you like.
What is a page?
One page = 1,500 characters of source content. A typical Confluence article counts as 2–5 pages, a 10-page PDF is roughly 10 pages. Pages are pooled across all your tenants — there are no per-tenant hard walls. Your real-time page count is always visible in your dashboard.
What is a tenant?
A tenant is an isolated workspace namespace — typically one of your customers. Each tenant gets its own data isolation, its own agent configuration, and its own run controls. You manage all tenants from a single Vectrify account.
Why do you only meter pages and tenants? What about users or agent runs?
Users cost us nothing — they're just logins. Agent runs are compute we absorb in the harness cost. The only things that actually drive our infrastructure bill are Qdrant vector storage (pages) and per-tenant overhead. We pass that through cleanly instead of inventing meters that don't map to real costs.
When does the Embed SDK unlock?
Business ($499/mo) is where integration starts: the white-label @vectrify-ai/ui embed SDK, the REST API with scoped keys, ephemeral token auth, and the custom theming API. Two ways in — our UI or yours. Starter is for teams using the harness directly on app.vectrify.ai, not embedding it.
What happens if I exceed my page or tenant limit?
Pages over your plan limit are billed at $1.00 per 1,000 pages at the end of your billing cycle. Additional tenants are $25/tenant/month. You'll receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of both limits, and you can set hard caps in your dashboard if you prefer zero overages.
Will I get a surprise bill?
No. Real-time usage is visible in your dashboard. We alert you at 80% and 100% of both limits. Overage rates are published upfront. You can set hard caps on pages and tenants so you never go over budget.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account pauses and your data is preserved for 30 days. After 30 days, data is deleted. Upgrade any time in that window and your data carries over instantly — no re-ingestion required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% off). Annual pricing is shown by default on the pricing cards above.
